The Privilege Card is the result of years of consulting in the hospitality sector. Through our negotiations with suppliers on behalf of clients, namely the Indian restaurant sector, we came to notice that there was a great disconnect between these businesses and their suppliers.

It was at this point that we started to do some research on the state of the industry (not just the Indian hospitality sector), and the economic hardships faced by many a small/independent operator, and how we could simply negotiate on their collective behalf to secure better rates and discounts across the board. It was then that we decided to create a loyalty scheme that unified the three key elements: the consumer, vendor, and the supplier – where the common thread was tangible benefits for all parties, but without resorting to the mass-discount culture that is devastating small and independent businesses.

Our long-term aim is to secure the partnership of every conceivable consumer-facing high street and (selective) online business across the nation so that our members can experience real benefits in their everyday purchases with the Privilege Card, with both the vendors and their suppliers enjoying the same thereafter.

Our ambition is big. We want to be the catalyst for change and champion the high street and independent businesses across communities. But our journey is only just starting.
